The long-term direction is for Arthur to become increasingly autonomous, with drones and mobile robots acting as additional physical sensors when required.
Arthur could combine fixed-camera footage, sensor information, satellite imagery and eventually drone inspection to help determine whether a property may have sustained damage, and what should be looked at first. In far north Queensland that question arrives every season.
For short-stay properties, Arthur could help monitor the external property, identify maintenance or security issues, check the property after guests leave where legally appropriate, and help owners keep a consistent standard without being on site.
Arthur begins with residential property because it is the clearest place to prove the idea. The capability is not limited to it.
